Why can’t I access the course creation system after making a payment?

Your payment was successful, but your account hasn’t yet been upgraded from the Free plan to the Paid plan, which is why course creation is still locked.


What’s happening:
You’ve been charged, however your account is still showing as Free. Until the paid plan is correctly applied to your account, the course creation system remains unavailable.


Why this can happen:

  • The payment didn’t automatically link to the correct user account

  • The account email used for payment doesn’t match the login email

  • There was a delay or sync issue in the billing system


What to do next:

  1. Contact support at https://courseboxptyltd.freshdesk.com/support/home with:

    • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction details)

    • The email used to log in 

  2. Ask for your account to be manually upgraded to the correct paid plan.

  3. Once updated, log out and back in to access course creation.


We know this is frustrating.
Paid access should be immediate, and we understand how disruptive this is when you’re trying to build courses. Support can resolve this quickly once they link the payment to your account.
