How do I create a support ticket in Coursebox?

You can create a support ticket through the Coursebox Help Portal. Follow the steps below to submit your request.


Step-by-Step: Submitting a Support Ticket

  1. Go to the Coursebox support home page:
    ? https://courseboxptyltd.freshdesk.com/support/home

  2. Click Submit a ticket on the main page.

  3. Complete the ticket form:

    • Requester: Enter your email address
      (e.g. hello@kerstinbachler.me)

    • Subject: Add a short, clear title
      (e.g. “AI course creation stuck at 28%”)

    • Type: Select Question or Incident

    • Priority: Choose how urgent the issue is

    • Product: Select Coursebox Pty Ltd

    • Description: Clearly explain the issue. Include:

      • Your subscription plan (e.g. Creator-LMS-EUR-Monthly)

      • Confirmation that AI credits are not fully used

      • Details of the issue (e.g. courses consistently getting stuck at 28% during AI generation)

  4. (Optional but recommended) Attach screenshots showing:

    • The screen where the course is stuck at 28%

    • Your My Credits page

  5. Complete the reCAPTCHA and click Submit.
