Integrate Zapier and Open API

Zapier is a powerful workflow automation tool which can be used to connect Coursebox Branded Training Platform (Premium) with thousands of powerful web apps.

Coursebox Branded Training Platform (Premium) provides an Open API framework for Super Admin to create exciting automation using Zapier.

How to Find Your API Key in Coursebox for Zapier Integration

To connect Coursebox to Zapier, you’ll need your API Key. Follow these steps to access it:

Use your admin credentials to log into your Coursebox platform.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
In the dropdown menu, select Settings (as shown in the first image):
Scroll down to the Open API section on the Settings page.
You’ll see the API Key displayed (as shown in the second image).

Copy this key for use in Zapier.
When setting up a Zap with Coursebox, you’ll be prompted to connect your Coursebox account.
Enter your API Key and your Coursebox domain (e.g., https://my.coursebox.ai).

You can reset API Key anytime and generate a new key. This is generally required to provide a secure way for you to connect to different apps without compromising your users privacy.

Zapier Access

Super Admin can provide zapier functionality to Approved Experts present in the portal.

Toggle and On/Off switch to provide Zapier access to Approved Experts.

Zapier Options

It's possible to use Coursebox app on Zapier as a trigger or action. Here are the full options available:

Enrols a user into course by code
Enrols a user into event

Enrols a user into resource directory
Invite User (creates a new user and sends an invite)
Remove User Custom Field
Remove User Status
Set User Custom Field
Unenroll From Channel

Unenroll From Course
Unenroll From Course by Code
Unenroll From Event
Unenroll From Resource
Unenroll From Resource Directory
Update Profile (updates a user’s profile information)

Zapier: Coursebox Trigger Options

New Course: Triggers when a new course is published.
New Event: Triggers when a new event is created.
New Resource: Triggers when a new resource is added.
New User: Triggers when a new user is created in Coursebox.
New User Subscription: Triggers when a user subscribes.
New User Status: Triggers when a user is given a new status.
User Enrolled in Course: Triggers when a user is enrolled in a course.
User Enrolled in Event: Triggers when a user is enrolled in an event.
User Enrolled in Resource: Triggers when a user is enrolled in a resource.
