Create a course using AI

This section outlines how Learning Designers, Creators, and Administrators can quickly generate a course structure and content using the AI-powered tools available in Coursebox.

To create a course, visit /courses/create/ai/for-you. From the left hand side navigation, select ‘Create’.

The steps are:

• Select the language in which you want to write and describe your course, then click Next.

• Upload relevant training materials and paste links or YouTube links
• You can also upload a course structure from an existing course by uploading a Pdf that contains the structure, then click Next.

• Describe your learner in detail, then click Next.

• Create your course outline by selecting the appropriate in each section prompt.

• If you have uploaded a file you can also select ‘ Create Structure from file”.  Save and Generate lessons.

• You can also adjust your course structure manually, using the advanced settings.

• Edit course structure, to add or delete topics, quizzes and assignments as needed.

Click ‘Save and Generate Course’ to share, publish, invite and manage learners, admins and facilitators.
